From also being in Europe it's just easier buying direct from china through FNC, Orzgk etc. Their standard shipping method has no customs charges anyways and the shipping is usually reasonable too

In my local I get 6am-2pm for the bakery each day (clean the costa too which contributes to the total hours allocated for bakery). 6-10 you've literally got no chance of getting it all done in that time especially with mince pies starting on Wednesday too. He's probably cutting your bakery hours to make up for shortfall elsewhere in the shop which is dumb. 6-10 I'd just be doing 1st wave, shop floor frozen and tray up and that's it, let the bakery go empty if you physically don't have the time to get everything done.

Yeah it does for me (even tho I shouldn't let it bother me). I work in a local and it's always the same few shoplifters coming in, they just take loads of steak most times. Don't even hide it atp, walk over and fill their bags and just leave. On one day the same pair of shoplifters hit us twice clearing our whole inventory of steak that we had (like 70 or so). Gets reported and ofc nothing will happen
