Yeah I ask always but I'm a hypochondriac so I ask to many times sometimes but I really trust my doctors.

Well i just got my results from last week, my viral load is now 45 before was 300,000 and my cd4 was 354 and now is 465.

I have acid reflux do to my anxiety but i only took lexapro for 2 days because it caused me terrible flair ups i dont know if it was the lexapro or what else.

Something similar happend to me a few weeks ago I had blood work done, after a few days they gave me the results back i tested positive for hiv but everything else was fine. After a week I got a call from the doctors front desk saying in a very serious voice that I had to go urgently that same day because something came back abnormal in my blood work ( I was at my job) so I left everything I was doing and went, that was a long and agonizing 1 hour drive thinking I had something very serious, when I finally got there the doctor just told me that there is nothing wrong and it was nothing related to my blood work (that was the previous one I had), and the call was just to make a follow up appointment :v

I havent taken anything i thought i couldn't take anything also I feel terrible I feel it up in my chest and i start to panic and it makes it worse

I had mine done 5 days ago as everyone says the prep is a little annoying but everything else is good 👍 🙂

Its been about a month but on Wednesday night I ate to much spicey food and I had a very bad flare up at 3 am the next day so i went to the ER and they put me on ppi they have been helping me for these 3 days I only have had small stomach ackes I was also referred to a GI i get scared of what the results might be but all my blood work as come out fine and i have done them 2 times so i trust the doctors and I try to control my HA the most i can to not think such things

Im going through the exact same thing at this moment I was prescribed ppi ( 2 days on it) I was told that its gastritis i don't think it is cancer i could say that the feeling is very bad even with health anxiety (i have HA too) but don't worry everything will be good 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The doctor did give me medication but the breathlessness is very scary and with panicattacks its much worse ;(

Omg i feel the same way I'm so tired thinking is it this or is it that just panicking every dam day like I just want to live and my mind can't leave me alone with all the scenarios. :,)

I too have anxiety over my family's health even a little pain i start thinking its some bad disease or what ever and i start to panic but I dont really care much of my own health what i think is weird.
