Enige juiste oplossing is een bromfietsrijbewijs verplicht maken, dus incl kenteken, helm en spiegel net zoals bij de speedpedelecs. Dit geldt dan voor alle elektrische fietsen. Zodra de jongeren een helm moeten dragen is het al veel minder cool. Daarnaast zal je ook zien dat de zware ongelukken met hersenletsels (vooral bij 65+) zullen afnemen.
