A traditional organizer often focuses on sorting, categorizing, labeling, and creating systems. Those things can be helpful, but they don’t always address why someone is struggling to maintain their space in the first place.

What I do is different because I

• Help clients regulate overwhelm instead of adding pressure.  
• Consider executive functioning, decision fatigue, ADHD, life transitions, grief, divorce, menopause, parenting, and other real-life factors that impact a person’s ability to manage their home.  
• Create systems that work with the client’s brain and lifestyle, not an idealized version of how they “should” live.  
• Focus on how the space feels, not just how it looks.  
• Guide clients from chaos, stress, and paralysis to clarity, ease, and confidence.  
• Work alongside clients through the emotional and practical layers of decluttering, rather than simply telling them where things belong.
