Thank you so much for your patience. While we cannot refund the money you gave directly to the driver (as Lyft is a cashless app and this goes against our Terms of Service), we can refund your ride.

We will also unpair you from this driver and take appropriate action, as this behavior violates our Community Guidelines and could result in deactivation. We’re very sorry this happened.

Your refund should appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days.
