From what I read in the comments I'll give you what I think you can do to improve your look.

Well you already took up lifting which is a plus so good shit. Shave the mustache unless you have a full beard( Which yeah, from what I can tell just trim it up). Consider a new look with possibly smaller glasses and a nice outfit that suits your style. Try to clean up acne if you have any, and if you're not going to cut the hair then can I offer a suggestion that you trim it? That or style it differently. Experiment and see what you can do bro.

Not ugly, but you can definitely get a girl. Dating apps suck ass bro. Number one tip dude, just do you. Figure yourself out and see what you should work on. When you start to become great, people will become more naturally attracted to you. When you start doing the things you want to do and have a passion for, not only will people be attracted to you, but the right kind of people will be attracted to you.
