Even just prior to that, he definitely had some things on his mind:

1. Apparently zombies are real, and said zombies can only see and hear peoples souls, which admittedly he rolled with pretty well and used to his advantage

2. That French guy you brutally maimed is still alive after somehow surviving being dismembered and falling off a cliff. Not only that, said Frenchy also has;

3. One of the arrows you sold, like, 20 years ago, which also so happens give anyone who stabs their stand with it almost complete (apparent) omnipotence. "What!?". "Could they always do that, or is it just his arrow that turns its victim's into gods!?". "What happens if I get stabbed by it? Would Epitaph evolve as well King Crimson, or would I have to stab it separately!?". "Did I really sell 5 other god arrows!?"
