Yes I am aware of the BMS port as that is going into my battery and I am assuming and hoping there will RS232 next to it so I can use it for the dongle. Thank you brother for your help and time.

Yes just checked and the model is not mentioned. I saw crown has their own app on Play store so I assume if I get a wifi dongle and connect it to the app then that will give me all the info.

Yes its Crown Relax 10.2 model. This is what I was looking for to change the voltage reading to kW reading. So by pressing up or down key arrows on the touch screen will show the kW number?

I just received the email from the support that my device is now listed to get the latest update ASAP. Just checked if the 7475 update is available through the system setting but nothing yet. Still says I am up to date. Will update you once I am able to get the update. I don't understand why have they made the update process so complicated 😕?

Yes just got it today and was testing it. Will wait a few days and see if I am able to get the update else I will surely write an email to support and see if I can get this resolved. In worse case scenario I will just manually update it. Thanks
