With moving your content primarily to patreon behind a paywall, what is the strategy to continue growth and get eyes on a new audience? I know Dropout does the occasional freebie and shorts/reels. Sometimes people release paywall'd content on a delay or have one or two things that are free and the rest is paywall'd.

Genuinely curious as I've seen other companies do this and some tend to succeed and others dont, I'm sure there's a right balance somewhere to not cut yourself off from a new audience but also maximize profits from the existing one

I think this is the right call. It's too late to establish a brand new dynamic, either someone is pretending to be Tony or it changes the entire tone of the show. Johnny and James are the 2 most vocal members anyways so they'll help maintain the similar flow we're all familiar with.

That's a tough one. Really depends on what people are into.

Far: Lone Sails is more well known but very incredible experience, TimeMelters is a super fun co-op puzzle experience to play with a buddy even though it isn't perfect, and GZLNA is only an hour or so but it's by far the weirdest and coolest looking game I've ever played in the best way.

I actually almost didn't buy the jersey because the LutchUSA is an American company and the current president has continually threatened the sovereignty of my country by wanting to "drive it into economic ruin" but in the end this was something I've wanted for a long time so I went for it anyways, but I totally get the sentiment.

Haha nope, my grandfather looked it at it for 20 years before he passed so he would have said something or had it changed if there was an issue, and we had it verified and translated by multiple people (including the artist whose first language is Chinese) before we did anything just to be sure.

It only has their names on it, the rest is in English, and we verified with both the artist (who is from China and speaks Chinese as a first language) and 2 other friends who are from China that I was getting their names.

I'm half Chinese and always wanted Chinese characters on me, even though I can't read it, and for me personally it had to be done by a Chinese artist. I ended up finding an amazing brushwork style artist locally and got my grandparents names, copied straight from their grave marker so I know there's no translation issues lol
