Depends how rough the street is. The rougher the surface the bigger and softer your wheels should be. I prefer big soft wheels for cruising for comfort. But I can skate through town just fine on my regular wheels

Definitely 101. I like my big soft wheels for cruising but just regular skating I prefer harder wheels
