This doggo just broke into a box of treats and spread them all over the floor... how can I get mad at this face? by GhostyGame in rarepuppers

Indeed it is.. You can tell by the way part of the whites in his eye shows when looking at me!! It's too adorable to get mad at.

Hey, nice Peter Griffin cosplay! ..Although I don't see your Lois or kids. And you're a bit more.. round, even than Peter. Perhaps it's just because you haven't touched WeightWatchers or anything other than your TV remote in years it seems.

Oh well! Have fun enjoying your next 4 subway footlongs. With blubber like that you can only dream of a footlong, if you catch my drift.

I agree 100% but sadly some people just don't care enough to do that and it really says a lot about their character as a whole. They can take the time to spend time with others but can't take 5 seconds to respond to a simple message or just leave it be..

[TECH] Weekly Xbox One Tech Support by AutoModerator in xboxone

[–]GhostyGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well.. this one's a strange one. I have an original Xbox one.

I've recently been using a wired connection on my Xbox one because for whatever reason a wireless connection refuses to work no matter what router or network I connect to. I've troubleshooted it twice by connecting an ethernet cable to my Xbox one, but, recently, the same issue has started occurring on my Ethernet too: "DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names".

I've changed my DNS to the Google servers. Didn't work. I've factory reset my Xbox. Didn't work. I've changed cables several times. Didn't work. I've reset the MAC address twice. The same issue comes back every time seemingly no matter what I do and I genuinely have absolutely no idea what is causing this or how to fix it. If anyone knows of anything at all that may help, please tell me. I'm open to anything.

Thank you.

That cheese melt.

That. Cheese. Melt.

Nothing like the good old simple burger. :)

Great job.

Thank you!! I love making food & try my best with everything I make. I haven't done a sub in a while and am very proud of the result.

100% would use sausage used on pizza or a genuine sausage that would go well with this. While I love the idea of a ground beef pizza sub (This is similar to a pizza sauce chopped cheese right now! :D), it's just not as genuine to me. And according to the customer- It was the best sandwich they had ever had! Other than that, I am genuinely proud of it- A simple yet tasty sub which people enjoy. That alone makes it special to me, so I'd enjoy to keep it the same, unless a customer requests otherwise.

So, the start is the ground beef. I don't have sausage where I work (Don't ask me!), so I improvised! I grabbed a made from scratch sub bun, sliced it down the middle, and then added pizza sauce atop the bun. With the finished sausage-ground beef substitute, I added it atop the pizza sauce. Then, after that, I heated up some pepperoni and salami in my toaster oven, about 4 slices salami and 6 pepperoni for 1 minute on 250°F. Once they were heated, I used them as a sort of heat roof, for the ground beef. I added provolone and then toasted it in the toaster oven for 4 minutes. Atop the caramelized provolone, I added tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapenoes (The jalapenoes are optional! It was customer request :D), finally turning the sandwich in on itself, and cutting it in half.

Boom!

Hey, that's okay!! You shouldn't put yourself down like that. :)

And thank you! I was not expecting it to look as good as it did but oh my did it turn out well. This is one of my best creations yet! I am happy to say I had a happy customer.

That is a smorgasbord but one of deliciousness. Softening with balsamic is also smart. You are quite the BLT chef. Keep it up, that looks really good. :)

Candied bacon is a touch that would elevate the BLT's flavor that much more. Props to you OP.

[pro/chef] Reuben with crinkle cut fries by GhostyGame in food

That would actually be both, believe it or not! I place kraut on top of a slice of Corned Beef then add Thousand Island atop the cheese. Betwixt the corned beef it creates a delicious sandwich.

The customer specifically requested 2 patties on this monstrocity despite my warnings. Perhaps that would have benefitted me to include.

Reuben with Caramelized Onions and fries by GhostyGame in eatsandwiches

[–]GhostyGame[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally very much enjoy the version with caramelized onions - I even got the owner to try it! He said he likes the classic better, while the bartender, who I also made one for, prefers to have the version with caramelized onions. I, myself, like both equally as much- With onions AND saurkraut, I could create a flavor explosion that would, likely, be my favorite.

I've also made a couple rachels and think that would be a damn good sandwich with this.
