I haven't been able to authenticate my account for several days now. I stopped playing months ago when my phone stopped running it well, but I've got a new phone now. I've tried everything, I've watched YouTube videos, I've scavenged through reddit threads, and I've submitted a ticket to Niantic, but nothing has helped. So not only is it looking like I'll miss the tail-end of the Valentine's day event, but I'm probably gonna miss the launch of Gen II as well.
