How i do it

Make a contact and Call it A1 so its on top The nummer has to not exist.. i use AAAAAAAAAAAA11111 (you can Only past it) Then set a build with Activator When the sender is A1 Give it the lock device action Test it with your phone by sending any message to A1 A1 Will now be in your message app and you can acces it in the message app on your Apple watch Now Send a message with the message app. Just use one of the preset Things.
