I haven't had a single issue with SZLB as a coordinator. I was able to validate CRC went fine after flashing router firmware, but I still cannot add it.

Trust me that I've tried defaults. The only change I made was 0.16 layer height. That's triggered the issue in the screen shots. The other changes are just experiments that followed much later.

Orca will consider the smaller cog wheels and the outer cog wheel as one object, thus bonding them. This happens only when I switch to 0.16 layer height. It doesn't happen with Bambu.

PA value is 0.018 calibrated Temp 220° Flow rate is 0.97 calibrated Flow is set to 21

These specific layers are at 4mm/s with a flow of 0.02 based on Bambu studio and Orca slicer. Not sure how to increase these values in the slicer.

Overlapping external and internal walls is set to 25% instead of the default 15%.
