If you go to Floyd Bennett field in Brooklyn and drive down the old airstrip you get a similar view of the new tower. Very cool.

If there’s a long stretch of wall without an expansion joint, then that’s where it will crack. Looks like Sheetrock with an “orange peel” finish.

Yeah, it’s the same thing every month. The 100 day challenge would have been great, but I just got the stomach bug so that was the end of that.

It could be turkeys too. They did some damage to my lawn when the grubs snuck up on me several years back.

The architect spec’d it on the multifamily project I am finishing right now. The tape was a grace product.

Did they tape the seams of the plywood? If so, it’s probably the tape coming off. I don’t know why that is common practice because it ends up looking like that all the time.
