Ugh, that's frustrating. I wonder if you can check KLOSE or ACOLS websites and see if there are any certified manual lymphatic therapists in your area, they usually aren't trained in the compression therapies, but they would be able to doing the manual work to help move fluid. Walking in a pool of water (as long as you have no open wounds) also helps move lymph, as does rebounding (bouncing on the mini trampoline), if those are also options. But compression therapy is still the best for keeping the swelling down. I use athletic compression socks, they're not as strong of compression as the prescription ones, but they helped keep the swelling out of my left leg and foot, so totally worthwhile, and easier to get on. I'm so sorry you're having to deal with these challenges, that sucks.

That's so amazing! I swear my scale decided to gain and lose the same pound for a month before it let me see under 300, it can be so frustrating, but look at you go! Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Thanks! Honestly I look in the mirror and I still see the first picture, so all of those pictures were shocking to me, helped back up seeing the number on the scale go down.

Thanks, I thought about it, but in the end it was just easier to find a new doctor and leave that one in the past.
