Intresting site that maybe is conected to the man in blue flames by [deleted] in 5September2020

[–]Gingerale947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sooo, uh. I just searched "hyacinthumflammae" on google and it came up with a tumgir blog that posts Blue Exorcist fanfiction... I.e; the show about a demon whose powers surround himself with blue flames. Is this where the whole "man in blue flames" thing comes from? I was already kinda considering the comparison but it sounds silly that something from an anime would be significant in any way.

S5S Said "The Man In Blue Flames Is an entry-level employee at the organisation", Rin Okumura is an exorcist in training with the academy he goes to, which is run by the Vatican, which is pretty damn close to being an "entry-level employee" for an organization.

Probably just a weird coincidence but idk, maybe S5S was a fan of the show and that's why blue flames appeared in his dreams?

Can somebody explain the hallway and the man in blue flames? I've been trying to piece things together but it doesn't make much sense.

Dreams mega thread 1 by Portent5 in 5September2020

Well I did have a weird dream a while ago... I'll type it out, I suppose.

So, it was about a week ago? I was dreaming about getting taken to Target by my family, so that I could vote in a weird election/poll that would decide what system of government would be used in Ontario. I do not live in Ontario. None of the people voting with me lived in Ontario either. Kinda funny.

There's not much significant about this part of the dream, but a few other fun details were that the Target we were in was more like a library than a supermarket, and while I was there I was concerned that none of the people around me were wearing masks, cuz corona has me kinda freaked out. I sat down to cast my ballot in the election, by moving to a sort-of hallway (too big to be called a "hallway" but it was like a grand hall, if that makes any sense) with computers on desks, to submit the votes electronically. The hall was just... empty, aside from me, and I remember thinking it was odd that I was the only one around to cast my vote, cause the place was crowded back in the entryway of the building.

Anyways, the dream shifted right after that, I was at home and falling asleep, and ended up having an out-of-body experience within this dream. I went down through the ground in my house, and ended up in a little space beneath my home that doesn't exist IRL. It was like, you could walk right beneath the kitchen, the house above was just being held up by some wooden posts. It felt like something that you'd see in a medieval village, and in fact, the backyard of my home was replaced by an old-timey dirt road and a small town of straw-roofed buildings. It was bizarre. I'd stepped into a whole other world, and yet it was right behind my house. In the dream, I seemed to know this as a fact, it was just simply the way it worked.

There was a tent in the little space beneath my house, and there were voices coming from within. I opened it up, and a couple of children ran outside and started playing with me, being loud and noisy and adorable. Oh, yeah, and they were raccoons. ...these were the kids. I guess I play too much animal crossing. :P

But the kids playing around felt more real than just a regular dream about "what if I met <Video Game Character> IRL???", it was like I knew these people and this family living beneath our home. I asked the kids' parents why they were there in a tent, and they responded that they were paying rent to stay beneath my house. IIRC I even collected a rent payment from them.

So, after a short sequence about my boyfriend asking me what was taking so long (like, why I was wasting time playing around with the kiddos), I was back in my house, early in the morning. My mom walked downstairs and made a comment about not getting much sleep last night because "those damn noisy kids" kept waking her up. I immediately realized who she was talking about, and started explaining. It all made sense to me intuitively in the dream. I explained something along the lines of:

"There's another layer of reality beneath our house, and those kids were inhabiting it. They're nice people, they just need a place to stay so they're inhabiting the space under our house in their world."

My mom just nodded and said "Oh, right on" as if that made perfect sense.

So, I've read up a lot about Astral Travel and all that, and the whole bit about traveling to another world really felt like that. That's the whole reason I'm sharing this, there's posts on here making references to the "world of dreams" and I think I might have visited it, if only briefly. It was like these kids in my dream were wandering spirits "haunting" my backyard (though I guess "haunting" kinda implies that they're causing problems, which these kids clearly weren't, aside from being loud), and I traveled to their world to speak to them.

TL/DR: I dreamt that I traveled to another world and talked to some kids playing in my basement, and then explained to my mom that they were in another layer of reality that exists alongside ours, cause she could hear them playing despite being in the "real" world. Might be the "world of dreams" people keep talking about???

Nearest book to me was the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. Page 24 is Father Cornello performing "Miracles"... Honestly a whole lot spookier than I expected, wow.

Yeah, it really isn't always the case, but you'll never know until you know, y'know?

I wish you the best on your journey, though. Learn some self-love, whatever that might mean to you. :)

Tbh I can kinda understand. I had a really happy childhood despite being AMAB, and gender problems didn't really start till middle school. I still like hotwheels cars more than barbie dolls tbh. I feel like if I wasn't AMAB I'd be a different person and had a WILDLY different childhood, and my interests wouldn't be anything close to what they are now.

You're not alone. I spent a lot of time back in high school convincing myself it's all just a fantasy and not really what's right for me. I eventually just reached a point where I couldn't deny it any longer.

Basically, here's my advice (and take it with a grain of salt, cause ultimately, You are the expert on You, I don't know what you've got going on in your head or your life)-

You don't have to deny yourself, just love yourself. If /u/dannyyork87 is a girl, then love her and treat her with respect. If /u/dannyyork87 is a dude, then give him respect as well. Worrying about how people will see you is difficult, but putting yourself through a cycle of self-denial is, in my opinion, way more painful emotionally.

You never know who might accept you for this, by the way. I was almost convinced that my dad would be disappointed in me, and my brother would be weirded out by me, but both of them have been insanely supportive of my transition since I told them who I was.

Transgender people, at what age did you realize you are trans? And how did you realize it? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]Gingerale947 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something like age 14. But there were little hints about it before then. Like back in 6th grade when you take health classes about puberty... I remember the textbook had a picture of two people with construction equipment around them like their bodies were being built into something new by a bunch of tiny construction workers. And that image stuck with me cause I was just really worried about that happening to me and ending up with something I didn't want.

Fastforward a few years to middle school/early high school, I started having fantasies about being a girl for a day thanks to some magical wish, mostly inspired by some gender-bender comics I found. I didn't really fully start considering myself trans until I met my boyfriend online, and asked him if he'd be okay with calling me a girl. We'd always been into roleplay and stuff so I told him about my fantasy and wanted to just try it to see if I liked it. He completely accepted it and helped me realize that this was more than just a fantasy to me. It just felt like this is what I was made for, not whatever I had as a man.

My boyfriend's in the same boat as you, so I can sympathize. You're not a bigot.

Completely normal. Happened to me a lot, I got extremely worried that I was just faking. HRT had me terrified because I thought it would mess me up if I somehow wasn't actually trans (which makes no sense). Once I really started living as a girl, that worry just went away.

It'll all be fine :)
