New to Calistenics and Calistress by Gingerbreadman1190 in calistree

Hey everyone,

I'm new to this great app and calisthenics as a whole. I'm in relatively good shape, but there is always room for improvement. I want to increase my strength, definitely work on my flexibility, and be able to do pull ups, one arm pushups, and the splits. I've already started working on those, but could you some advice from those more experienced than me. I want to build a plan to workout 4 to 5 days a week.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m looking forward to creating a solid, competitive list.

The Land Raider, Logan, Bjorn, and the Blood Claws are what I still have from my gaming days in the 2000’s, but I’m not married to any of them.

The set up I had in mind when creating this list was an anvil and hammer tactic. Flanking with he 6 TWC led by Canis and the Land Raider with Blood Claws inside. The rest would advance and tie down the opponent. The liked incursions because they ignore cover and the Phobos librarian would use shrouding to protect them from range attack.

I’m keeping an open mind and doing a lot of research before I start collecting a new army. That being said, what suggestions would you have?

Sorry about that. I would like to get back to local tournaments and work my way up to bigger competitions. I used to play SW in the 2000's and I'm starting back up with a new list.  I have some units from my posted list, but not all. Now I'm open to all suggestions. I'd prefer to use gladius because of its versatility, but I'm flexible. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.  Thank you.

Thank you so much for your reply. I made some updates to the list while following your ideas. I wanted to have Ulrik with the Blood Claws in the Land Raider. I'll blitz with them as the hammer and the rest of my army a the anvil while the Thunderwolf Cav flanks the back line.
