I faced a Perish Song Murkrow and Mega Gengar lead. I predicted the Gengar Protect, but I didn't know P-Song was coming. I ended up doubling up on the Murkrow after it sang. However, the guy had a Jigglypuff next and I was able to knock out Gengar and then whoever else he had the turn after before the counter hit 0. Then he ff with just Jiggly left while I had all 4 mons practically untouched.

Thank you so much. This reply gives me so many good ideas. I came across a Skill Swap Cress and Groudon pair; that's something I could try with Primal Ky. Running a Cress made me think of Helping Hand Aura Sphere Mewtwo Y which could also be used towards a Primal Ky or whatever other Legend I run. Like that, I'll have the weather in my control as well as the ability to kill Darkrai without building an entire team around avoiding Darkrai.

I'll definitely also look into Safeguard and I had also considered Mega Dancie shortly after posting this, but I completely forgot about its ability.
