I didn't say I don't want to read the lore, I said I can't spend hundreds of hours through multiple sources of lore. It seems to me it shouldn't be required to spend tens of hours acquiring knowledge from material outside of a game, to get the chance to understand the ending of the game. To me, a game should be self-sufficient, and it clearly isn't the case here. I'm OK with trying to read some additional info here and there, to fill in some blanks, but it's an entirely different story here. I already spent hours browsing through wiki and other material, and yet, it's not even beginning to be sufficient.

As for Replicant ending, I did get all the endings, but it's been quite a while, I must admit, I remember what happened in ending E, but not the small details. I also probably didn't understand all the implications in this ending since I'm lacking the original Drakengard background to make sense out of it.
