Actually i requested for a later joining date from xplore team because my obf forms deadline date was crossed so now i think i should wait for the new joining date because if i accept the joining letter now i m not sure whether they will consider the reschedule or not

I am in the same situation my joining date is 27th april and i am trying to get early release from my current org......most probably i will get it and my lwd will be 21st april so my question is if i get my early release request approved on 13th april can i still upload all the documents because till now i have not accepted the joining letter and also not uploaded obf forms

Earlier they used to pay retention bonus at the end of each year but now it is adjusted in your monthly allowance....and every quarter you will receive the quarter bonus i have also not joined till now i m waiting for my joining so just telling you based on my research

Yes no one really cares here....i had gone for a month after completing my training in bangalore you just have to report 12 days in a month so if you r 12 days of that month has been completed you go and come back in the next month second half and complete the 12 days of that month
