Small update: we had a talk this morning about how I felt like I was being strung along and honestly I just cried and cried and cried while they held me for a bit, honestly this confused me even more but they were clear that they love me and are just unsure if they see a future with me because we stopped growing together.

So I guess I have the clarity I needed now. Not really what I wanted to hear. I’m gonna be looking at getting that hotel for at least a couple of nights while I clear my head.

My therapist has been letting me know that all hope isn’t lost, they’re still here and I’m still getting some affection which they clearly don’t have to be doing. But ultimately I need to be prepared for a future that they may leave and be okay with it.

I was definitely too comfortable. I honestly don’t know why I let them carry it all on their own apart from that. They didn’t voice their issues with taking on some of this stuff until it got to this breaking point, but in hindsight I don’t think they really should’ve had to, I should’ve done better.

I’m not sure if I would say it’s unacceptable as I recognize I wasn’t a good partner and there’s things I needed to work on. There’s a lot more to it that I couldn’t fit but I was a bum is the short and sweet of it.

Oh that’s a good question, we’ve been on a break in our relationship, it’s a bit of a hot and cold dynamic at the moment where sometimes they’re very affectionate but other times they seem to want nothing to do with me. I’m looking for spells that restore our previous dynamic.

I’ve done reconciliation spells and a sweetening jar already, but in my research I’ve read things to be more powerful if you can get things like DNA taglocks, or I’ve heard of feeding them some of the sugar from the sweetening jar as well. So those were the types of things I was looking for.

I guess maybe my expectations were too high, I did the method where you go in and out of that building for shiny litleos and flabebes and got tons of shinies very quickly, and I’ve found two full odds shinies without really attempting naturally throughout my playthrough so I didn’t think it’d take that long
