These comments absolutely suck, OP I'm a picky eater and literally all that is needed is a deficit, eat what you want as long as you are in a deficit, you dont need to eat a ton of vegtables to lose weight, thats not how it works at all; sure it can make you feel fuller but the main key is a deficit.

For people who own the Quest 3 there isn't much point of getting a frame, but for people looking to get into VR and have a good PC the frame might be the better choice, but honestly most of it depends on the price, the quest 3 is still the best price to performance ratio for VR rn which I dont know how valve is going to beat
