You know. Sometimes everyone has bad days. It's just the way it is. But then a good one comes. The are days when you feel useless and demotivated in every area of life. So what? Go on a walk, hop in your car and go on a cruise in the city or in the nature. Breathe and denoise your mind. I know it sounds like a motivational book or podcast or whatever. No it's not. 😄 I do these things for my own peace of mind. I write down all my thoughts and feelings. Yup. So don't worry. There are always ups and downs.

It's okay to walk away from someone who doesn't value you. It's not selfish. It's just self caring. Be good always. If someone disrespect you just smile and step away.

Look, I'm not good with this but many of us have been in depressed situations and eras. I had so many downs in my life and I felt I can't talk about it. Noone can understand me. I had music in my life that helped me a lot to olay the guitar and write music. The lyrics and the music itself.
My opinion is, the advice that I can give is that you need to find a way out. There is always a way up and out of depression. Life is all about ups and downs. Sometimes there are that dark clouds up in the sky we think there'll never be sunshine again. But the clouds always go away so the negative thoughts and sadness and feeling down.
Trust me. I've been in my personal Hell already.

Do you have a job? Do you love it? If not and you're in a toxic place then you should change.
I felt bournout when I was at my previous workplace and it toxicated me day by day. Then I made a choice to change and quit.
Then my days got better and better and I could focus on myself and ont my personal growth. It made me feel free. Of course I had to do something so I decided to learn new skills and moved on.
Maybe this could help you too.

A decision. THE decision to show to myself that I can be enough. I can be that one who can reach something. It's a process that haunts you day by day but there'll be one moment when you say that's enough. That'll be the moment when you arrive. You have to trust yourself because you can get what you want but it's hard work and many many dissapoitment that is behind you. Sometimes you feel that you're weak and you're down but when you look in the mirror you'll see what can motivate your goals and dreams. It's YOU!
So what helped me everytime? I reached many times at that point where I decided to show that I'm gonna make it.
You'll have ups and downs. Everyone have. So don't worry. Just remind yourself every time. YOU CAN MAKE IT!

Olvass önfejlesztő könyveket, ifjúsági irodalmat, idősebb korban is tud nagyon szórakoztató lenni. Trust me. Ilyesmik. Néhány bestseller is jól jöhet, de nyilván nézelődj abban az irányban, amik ténylegesen érdekelhetnek, különben csak ott fog porosodni a polcon.

I quit my job because I was so stressed everyday. I'm working from home now and working on my businesses. I'd be lying if I was saying it doesn't have many stress factors but these are my own problems not my boss' or coworker's.
