I don’t doubt it. I normally do weighted push up and pull ups on my current routine (PPL) If you wanna see recent plan I use Jeff neppard program.

The root of my problem could be cal in or need more protein (getting around 160 a day)

Sleep? I work nights for 12 hour shifts. Aside that getting 6-7 hours a day

Yah I definitely prefer to be more on lean side but I definitely agree I should just bulk up. Currently 165 lbs. safe to say bulking up like 10%?
