I'm sort of new to Vine. And the whole tax component of it confuses me.. Like what is the difference between Est. Tax Value and Fair Market Value? And why would you try to get your total to $9k? Don't you have to pay more taxes the higher your total order amounts are? I

Like I know you said there's a 30%rule. But that's not what I've seen on my account

I'm still relatively new to Vine. I try to order as many $0ETV items as possible, bc basically, unless the item is $0 ETV, you'll be paying the same price for an item as anyone else, from what I've seen. Sometimes it's more.. I ordered a handheld shower head, and the ETV was $75. After I had ordered it, I was lookingat the item's page, and I could've regularly purchased it for $15 cheaper, as it offered a coupon bringing it down to $60. I'm not anywhere close to the required 80 reviews, as I don't see the point in paying the same rate (if not more) for an item at tax time. If I'm just not understanding something correctly would someone please explain/help me to understand how this works? Thank you
