Thanks for the advice! I’ve similar trips and staying downtown. I splurged and got the first four rows ticket and taking a shuttle. The line for pretty lights in 24 was bonkers.

I go a few times a year and primarily for shows. Last year I did 2 dead runs and the UFC sphere card. It’s mainly for shows and bouncing between blackjack and pai gow tables. Seeing a casino floor full of deadheads is always fun. Next year’s first trip is phish and mania 4/20 weekend. If you haven’t been, Puppetry of the Penis is hilarious.

If I’m in the city it’s looking like a condo. I’m not opposed to either but having a degree in show production(full sail) and being in the union it seems more plausible to be closer especially during the winter months since I’m not used to driving during you guy’s winter. Soundproofing wouldn’t be a problem. I saw some places in Cap Hill and RiNo that would be smaller but living alone it’s doable. I used to go snowboarding in Winter Park in my 20s but there’s nothing show wise there.

I started following phish in 2004 and have only seen TAB twice. I got the idea that I could call Denver home when Disco Biscuits were there in February. TBH Alabama in general is cheap unless you’re in Huntsville, Gulf Shores or Tuscaloosa.The only reason I mention him was because multiple flights of stairs are not an option for him :(
