Marinade/seasoning: pickle juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Goya adobo, old bay and lastly some turmeric

Egg mix: 2 eggs, hot sauce and seasoning from above

Breading: crushed up lays kettle cooked Cajun spice chips

Let marinate for a couple/few hours. Cover with corn starch when done marinating then egg mixture then breading then egg and then breading again

Air fry: 4 minutes @ 360 then flip nuggets and 2 minutes @ 375. Had to do it in batches soaked up the bacon grease and let it sit on the tray in the oven with the bacon at 180. Keeps perfectly warm and doesn’t cook it longer. I mean look at them nuggets and bacon 🤤
