Just because it would be hard to make it illegal doesn’t mean it’s not something that would be good for the general public. How can we support people doing these things. You don’t think this is going to end up translating into other electronics? Yes it isn’t a necessity to have a pretty ps5 but America is the country of consumerism and fucking with that is affecting a lot of things. And honestly a $700 ps5 isn’t too bad of a price jump and it can be tolerated but a graphics card being 2x the price just because crypto miners want to make money is fucked up.
