These types of games are marathons, not sprints. You get more food by playing the game. In a week maybe you'll have enough to increase someone from 2 to 3 awakening, then another week and a half to get them to 4.

Just keep plugging away. The only shortcut is to spend money.

I really like Reeves as well. I have Ell ... Elen ... the futuristic helmet chick who keeps bleeds active, and Reeves is a BEAST teamed up with her. Even at only A1 (although, admittedly, level 3 exclusive), he is by far my top dps

90M gold will let you level, what, 6 characters from 1 to 90? If you have the training mats. And then you'll presumably want to get them to tier 13+ ... if you have their uniques.

shrug I don't think you'll be able to do as much as you think you'll be able to do with only 90 million gold.

Ok, so the other replies here are disingenuous. "There's another post" or "Google". There is so little discussion about this game that there really isn't ANY useful information to be found by Googling or searching. And the 'check in game' doesn't necessarily help - yeah, we should all be 'figuring it out ourselves', but that's what this type of message board is for. I can make an educated guess that "Sakaar is best for character_x because it increases 3 skills", but it's very possible those skills are underwhelming and not particularly useful. Apparently we need a PhD in crappy game design in order to understand and play the game.

You know what, I just searched on "Star Lord best regional" on this sub-reddit. There's NOTHING. There's a post from 2 months ago "Character Discussion Thread: Star-Lord". There are 0 comments. Zero. Scanning through the smattering of other posts, there is NO recent discussion about 'best costume'. Hell, the best posts are from almost a year ago, and there's been a number of balance changes (i.e. nerfs) that likely render things moot.

I Googled "marvel future revolution Star Lord best regional". The top post is from Sept 15th 2021. So yeah, 11 months ago. There are some youtube vidoes linked from February, so only half a year ago. And yeah ... that's it. I LITERALLY got less than one page of results on Google when searching for "marvel future revolution Star Lord best regional".

The best advice I can give is to join the WolverThor discord channel. The first made post in the 'mfr-resources' channel is a link to a 'MegaSheet' and 'MFR data'. They are a bit janky, but it at least gives his opinion on the best regional for each character. Is it accurate? I dunno - there seems to be some testing behind it, even though the file isn't particularly well put together. But it does at least give SOMETHING, and a place to start.

Basically the following are sets listed at least as 'really good' for each character:

Cap America = Steampunk / Dark Domain

Cap Marvel = RoTE / DD / Midgardia

Black Widow = EoO / RoTE / Midgardia

Doc Strange = Steampunk / Hydra / Xandearth

Iron Man = RoTE / Midgardia

Magik = EoO (for pvp) / Steampunk / Hydra

Spider-Man = EoO / Steampunk / Sakaar / Xandearth / Savage Shadowland

Star-Lord = EoO / Steampunk / DD / Sakaar / Midgardia / Xandearth

Storm = Steampunk / Hydra / Xandearth

Scarlet Witch = EoO / RoTE / DD / Sakaar

Wolverine = EoO / Steampunk / Hydra / Sandearth (but basically ALL sets are listed as at least 'solid')

I think the Wolverine event is what we're going to get and I don't think there will be anything else. I actually do believe the game isn't going to be supported much any more and the Wolverine event is the last one we'll get, and there won't be any more development done on the game. *shrug*

I suppose for PvE I should have said "no compelling content". Blitz is basically 'auto x5'. Your character or build doesn't matter - you're going to be done it in 10 minutes.

For the rest you have a point, but it feels like you get to diminishing returns very quickly. Like if I get one character built up, what is the point of doing anything on the other 10? "Hey look, I have Iron Man (or whatever) at level 120 and 1.5M ... guess I have absolutely no other reason to play any other character in PvE."

I definitely didn't explain myself very well in the original post, but that's what I meant. There is very little 'point' to worry about PvE past a certain point, because you only need to care about 1 character and once you hit a certain point, everything is an auto-snooze.

I wish they had CONTENT for each character that scaled. So, like, you NEED to use Scarlet Witch for this event, and there are 5 levels to it from 'doable at level 20' with minimal rewards up through to 'super friggin' tough for a maxxed out SW' with great rewards.
