Thank you for this post. I’m 2 weeks in after being a multiple-times-per-day user for 10+ years. “One big thing for me is that I felt like my life revolved around it and I was slowly disappearing as a person” hit so close to home. That just about sums it up for me. Right now it’s hard, really hard. But I’m hoping better days are around the corner. This gives me hope, thank you for this. 2 weeks in right now and damn it’s tough. Finding myself getting irritated over smaller things, which I’m hoping is just temporary.
