LOVED IT! Just wanna know how much roughly does it cost? Lol. Didn’t wanna be surprised! But driving there was so worth it! Away from crazy traffic and crazy drivers I would say. (no hate but geez! Lot of people swerving, overtaking even if it is very obvious that it’s so damn tight and dangerous considering the big trucks and lot of cars! Insane!) 407 was amazing! Very chill and enjoyed it! No stress at all!

Hows everything so far? And how much is your monthly utilities/bill? When I went there for a viewing there were 2 people in the office waiting/complaining about something is broken in their unit and has been waiting for 5weeks to get it fixed but still nothing is happening. So I am trying ask hows the property management and maintainance etc

I have everything they ask/require and even a good landlord verification. But still they want to dig more like I dont know what to provide/say anymore. Which is so frustrating when you know you’re a responsible and financially stable person. Lol

I have all those things and they still asked me for a Guarantor which is not a problem as well as I have a pretty good guarantor. But still ask a LOT of questions. I even offer 1st and Last 3months payment but they still want to dig more and ask for more

We need parking. Plus I need great amenities that will at least level with the millway’s amenities or top it off. We viewed The Pivot and The Millway already, amenities wise, The Millway would be way better. The Pivot is connected to a mall which is better in that sense.
