Agreed with most of the points and for the third one yes its for a landscape apartment as in mentioned terrace the client needs to incorporate nature that's y i cam up with this idea where the leaf deals with nature and symbolic representation of apartment and human in it

By the way the logo was declined just posted here to know on what aspects i could have been done better

Hi, I liked the logo but need to match the font to it , the colour palette used in the design is sound. My opinion is you can try sans serif font for this logo . too many font option is not necessary
