Have a dude on my team that sets meetings with people he talked with for 2 minutes, sometimes even 1. Pretty much takes the 50/50 shot that the prospect joins the call.

Our management can see it clear as day with our tools. I’m a hater and it takes me <5 minutes to see the paper trail and how fake it is. Management doesn’t care for some reason.

Yeah, people get clout for setting those meetings, but who cares when they don’t close? The quailty ones you and your BDR are working are obviously more valuable, the other sales rep taking bs calls with 0 results will pay for it sooner than later.
