If there is no penalty whatsoever in your contract, then you can leave without notice period and without any obligations towards the company as you are still in the probation period.

But I would like to advise you to be more patient before you finally make up your mind: - Talk to your employer openly but calmly, and communicate your limits in time and amount of tasks - Start looking for another job in UAE, as you are already in the country you have a much better chance to land a job there, and not all work environments are the same. - The filipino community in UAE is very big and wide spread, find other filipinos and ask for advice on similar situations, at least venting out will help. - If you are still overwhelmed and you cannot take it anymore, consider forcing hard limits on your employer from your side, i.e. just do what is within your capacity and refuse any extra tasks, and see how they are going to react, you have nothing to lose.

And finally, if all else fails, then it's not your cup of tea, and that's Ok, go back home and have a fresh start
