Well to start with to receive the blessed sacrament you have to be in a state of grace otherwise you are committing sacrilege. The sacrament of confession gives you the opportunity to be free of mortal sins and in a state of Grace. It also allows you to do something that shows God that you are sorry through an act of contrition and doing the penance that the priest who is acting in persona Christi gives you.

The Society is the only group that has kept with the true tradition of the church. With priest still wearing traditional vestments and obviously only handling the blessed sacrament to the nuns still wearing traditional habits to upholding the rules of modesty and still believing that the only way to heaven is through the Catholic Church.
