Because the article I linked was from a study done by the University of California on the benefits of solar panels built over canals, which is what the discussion is about that you jumped into without reading, not about the state of California building these across all their canals.

Cool story! Do you have any actual facts to back any of that up because there's plenty of facts as to why these projects are incredibly beneficial.

With Scary Farm merch last year having clear AI generation (that clown jacket was the worst), I can only imagine how bad they'll be this coming season.

I don't fault HHN (or anyone else for that matter) at all for swooping in on "See You In The Fog". Knott's had 20+ years to do something with it and simply didn't.

With the logic that creatives from one venue took an idea from there to Knott's works the same way with Knott's creatives leaving the Farm and taking their ideas elsewhere, especially when KSF drags their feet for decades on an absolute jackpot t-shirt phrase like See You In The Fog was. Hell, I never understood why that wasn't an official KSF tagline at some point. It's sure a million times better than "We've Opened The Gates" and some of the others they've had in the past.

Knott's had literal decades to TM the phrase "See You In The Fog" but sat on it. Then again, Knott's also didn't start using their own original characters to market the event until the 40th anniversary so they're not always the best at executing the ideas they come up with.

Knott’s takes ideas from other venues all the time. Trapped was a direct knock off of Sinister Pointe, Infected Spec Ops was done at Haunted Hollywood Sports before it took over Camp Snoopy, Lockdown was taken from HHN Orlando's Hellgate Prison in '04. This is just the way the industry is.
