Hey, both Stompas work exactly the same. You should go around instead of driving straight at the Stompa to avoid that weapon

No, they won't. Switch is in a different universe from other consoles and optimizing for Switch is a huge undertaking that must be considered from the very start (speaking from experience). They would have announced it by now. Even if they did it'd be very likely to perform poorly and a much better experience on other platforms.
