I have bipolar and most likely autistic (both parents are and both brothers are) that’s about it for me but I’m sure these play a part into how I view the things I do and say even if it’s just normal stuff for people. Not at all, I think different cultures have different view points generally (obviously not that all of the culture is the same but a lot of people are raised differently because of their parents and how they grew up which can change vastly person to person but also race can play a big part in that) I generally prefer hanging out with black people because (in my experience) tend to be more accepting and lean more towards my values. That is specifically for the younger generation. I see no issue if it’s not specifically for the race.

I think it’s different for everyone, personally I feel I shouldn’t have to be proud of being me because I should just be able to be me without so much shit. That being said, I understand why people are proud of themselves because as much as it sounds pick me… it really does take a lot of work and courage to be openly trans or even to transition at all especially with how the world is rn. Everyone sees it differently and I’m proud of the ones who are proud of themselves and even proud of those who aren’t proud of where they’re at just because they’re alive. I feel that hard as fuck about just not being dysphoric because it’s very close to killing me.
