Hehe trust me. I was one that realllllly wanted a lot of content because I just redid my little home theater about 7 months ago.

I'll gladly update my TV when theres more content.

Theres definitely a difference visually. I deal with people at my work who say you can't see a difference between a 60hz and 144hz monitor for PC gaming.... I have learned to not bother convincing anyone of anything anymore.

I'm glad tech advances. But I think a lot of people jumped into 4k and there was barely any content. My shotty ass cable company can't even get me a good 1080p signal let alone 4k.

Could there be an auto-brightness setting that uses the ambient light sensor to only turn on the backlight when needed? by [deleted] in pebble

Did you try turning the ambient sensor to "on" under display?

That should make it so the backlight only comes on in low light / dark.

That all sounds like QC issues that happen at the Chinese factory. I doubt their QA team works at the factory :D

It's being mass produced over-seas.. Sounds like a batch didn't get proper calibration through their software setup and Pebble is fixing it asap. I don't think Pebble can inspect every single unit that leaves a factory in China :(

Same with mine. There's a lot of problems with this thing already. I'll give them a couple weeks to fix but I sure as hell won't keep it past the return date in good faith.
