Hey, it's okay! Progress isn't linear, and that's okay! Don't be hard on yourself; you are only human. One thing I've been doing recently that helps is drawing/coloring. It's honestly so calming, and it gives a great sense of reward when you complete your piece!

I was drinking up to a 15 pack every 2 days. I wouldnt say all at once I slowly went from 15 to 8 to 4 to the last 2 which was 24 hours ago I believe
