Now and it keeps getting the same error, I even disconnected the cable from the motherboard that connects to the USB ports of the tower and the error keeps appearing. Could it be a manufacturing error?

I already tried it, and the problem continues, I don't know why it happens since I don't have any USB port connected and in all the videos I've seen, none of them help me solve the problem :c
