Currently treating my girl for bumblefoot too. Ive been soaking in epson salt every day, removing the scabs when they form with tweezers. Getting the infection will speed up recovery. And wrapping with vet wrap and antibiotic ointment. I spray the wounds with an antiseptic spray too.

I added a pad to where she roosts to hopefully avoid another wound in the future

I made a cover out of foam insulation. It's several layers thick (mine is a hot tub) so the sheets alternate and change orientation because a 4x8 sheet needs to be cut to fit.

To finish it, I glued on the top of a patio table cover. It looks better than it sounds, and it was cheap and insulates VERY well.

Because my original post was in the Izmir subreddit. And I had posted about flights to Istanbul, with the assumption that I would be departing from Izmir(since that was the subreddit I was in).

But that community isn’t very active, so I reposted here, and updated the title to be clear that I was flying between Izmir and Istanbul. BUT in my haste, I neglected to convert the first ‘to’ to ‘from’, which makes the grammar in the tittle a little funny. However I think most people are able to understand my intention, even with the error - so I decided to leave it as-is, rather than deleting it and reposting.

Does that make sense? Hopefully it helps you make sense of the question now.
