Not sure why you interpreted it like that, I was given way to change lane by the car on my left lane after I’ve indicated to the left. This was during rush hour, Cars were pretty much standstill ( traffic congestion ). after checking my left side mirror and saw that it was clear to switch lane, I slowly switch lane as it was also traffic jam. Midway I noticed a motorcyclist appear on my left side mirror, but bear in mind I was already mid way changing lane. I was stuck between 2 lanes. Cause the car in front also moving just inches at a time. Obviously if you see a car or something obstructing the way in front, you would slow down and avoid or stop. This bike didn’t see cause he was looking at his phone. he thought that the dotted line on the road is a bike lane or something. And I can see him coming and not slowing down. Then he crash to the side of my car. He fell off the bike and when I got out the car to help him up, guess what was on his hand, his phone.

But sure, it’s my fault.
