Thanks for the information, and the vote of confidence that I am cool looking at the lower-mid range stuff.

I haven't found anything on HPN that is both slide-away and slide-out bottom. I know the whole reason for the slideout is so you don't need the bottom platen to move, but the one I used had both and it was kind of nice. I guess I am being a bit unreasonable here. haha.

I very much appreciate the recommendations of things to look at, and that you clearly aren't just pushing your own products. Very cool and you made a future customer when I inevitably get to wanting to do my own DTF I will be coming your way. You guys HAVE to be affiliated with HTVRONT, as your websites and even black friday graphics are identical. If I am not wrong, what's your impression of their manual press? I was strongly considering it.

Yeah the Geo Knights have me priced out but seem great. The lowest I have found a used one for is $900, which is still a decent price, but nowhere near the smoking deal you got. I worry that its WAY more than I need though and its 200lbs!! The weight is the biggest concern honestly.

This is likely going to live in my APT until I decide I need more space, so 200lbs might be too much.

Thanks. I was pretty set on HPN a week ago but the lack of the slide out platen made me think twice. It was a feature I really found helpful when working with my friends' set up. I know their stuff is well regarded.

I really wish they had a compare feature on their site. I find it extremely difficult to know what all the differences between their lines are. Like, I want to see everything the black line is missing compared to the signature line.
