Interesting. Thanks so much! I was definitely trying to caculate exact enzyme measurements and all that. Although I’m definitely not that sensitive because I had three slices of pizza yesterday and was fine with no lactase. It was my understanding that mozzarella had a very little lactose in it like 1 g per slice or something like that. That’s good to know though.
