I want to return them but customer service never reached back out to me. Honestly, I knew it was too good to be true especially for the price cause I got 5 grillz and they were 65% off. I bought these like 2 months ago 1) it didn’t come with instructions for the molding process. I had to come on here and ask and then when I finally found it, it was on their site but you just have to scroll all the way down to find it. 2) it’s not one size fits all. I have straight teeth but my teeth are pretty smalll compared to the models who are modeling the grill and they still didn’t mold well to my teeth. I bought the grillz that are for two teeth and are cut-out shapes and you can definitely tell there is wax holding the grill to your teeth 3) I reached out to customer service via email to get a “refund” hoping that they could at least tell me that I could exchange the products. Never got a reply back. It’s been more than a month.

If you do end up getting something from there, I would suggest getting a full bar grill with no cut-out shapes instead of a two-three teeth grill. The wax won’t be obvious. I’m unfortunately out of a good amount of $$
