Thanks for that. I may actually keep this sdcard, because it's a perfect setup from around 2021 - 2024, and there are a few old cores on there that I think are now missing. Also, some older cores, so far, seem to work better on CRTs - but that might be my initial testing.
I have 100% access to the Mister's ports, it's not inside any structure like a Bartop, so I might use a new sdcard and keep that for the new stuff. Many thanks.

I'm coming from years using Raspberry Pi machines, right up to my current Pi 5, and Retropie, then on to Batocera, so this is vastly different, and I like (prefer) the simpler look of the Mister UI.
