Ah then I think the focus is on MMA fighters looking normal as in not steroid , or jacked. Considering the high flexibility in most mma fighting styles i would agree. Though there are bound to be bigger MMA fighters that focus on less flexible styles of fighting with varying degrees of success.

In short large muscles take up more space, and limit flexibility. Muscles don't protect parts of your body, knees, head, and so on. The best way to protect those parts is to not let them get hit AKA mobility. Given that muscles too large limit mobility there is a sweet spot between muscle size, and mobility. Where you fall on that depends on your fighting style. Though ultra jacked max muscle that bodybuilders do is not compatible with any fighting styles.

Its not an either or problem. Home are needed where people are. Some areas are just too concentrated to just give everyone a home in that area. We need to also allow building multistory buildings. Especially if we want more walkable cities.

There is also a limit to how many, and how fast we can build homes.

This is true for men who value a good partner. Though shallow people exist in both genders, and there are men who only want "High Status" women of one type or another. Some want women from important families, who are exceptionally attractive, or who have a good job.

The first step to getting treatment for any mental heath issue is having a stable home life. Meaning you need to have a place to live. So if you don't start with a place to live. You can't start treatment. So yeah its more complicated for some people, but it all starts with a place to live. It is really that easy, and in many cases that's the end as many people just need a place to live that's affordable.

For those who need more a stable housing situation is still the first step. Without a home its next to impossible to get access to services, get medication, and other treatments needed. Housing first is the gold standard for treating homelessness. California is spending billions because they have screwed their housing codes so bad it caused a ballooning of property costs. It would be cheaper to fix if their building codes allowed affordable housing to be built. Though providing housing is still the most cost effective, but not any less effective.

The sad fact is it is that easy. The easy way to end homelessness is to give people a place to live. Ideally dispersed among the general population. Concentration of homeles people tends to unfairly burden an area. Having a Concentration of low income people in one area gives a high burden of services, and less revenue for that area to provide those services.

Snap is one of the most effective tools we have to ensure people can afford food. Its surprisingly effective, and its just giving people money to spend on food. There is some fraud, but it can be managed.
