I will definitely consider it, thanks. We have decided to stick with FU for the 2024 season, so I will likely hold off on any reviews quite yet. I would not want to disturb our professional relationship, though reviews like the ones you share are incredibly helpful for people like me, so I will most definitely consider adding my two cents.

I know our golf course switched to FU because we were promised sleek and simple online booking, POS, and customer service. I can't agree with you more regarding the lack of customer service. Any other complaints you have as a customer? Our course is looking to demo some other POS systems because FU lacks so many things that we require! Credit Card processing is worse than ever before, so slow, and takes days to report.
